Sunburst Industries LLC is an intentional community of like-minded souls founded in 1969 by Norman Paulsen, a direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda, founder of Self-Realization Fellowship headquartered in Los Angeles, California.

Although Sunburst Industries LLC members and visitors are not mostly vegetarians, like any group of people, there are numerous diet preferences among our members. We offer this vegetarian cookbook of recipes served to, and enjoyed by, residents and visitors over a period of more than fifty years. Whether you are a meat eater or a vegan, you can easily adapt most of these recipes to your particular dietary preference.
